Learn From NYCs Best Chefs At MH Cooking School

How do you learn how to cook the food you want to eat? Sure, recipes help—and we hit up incredibly talented chefs every month for a tasty assortment. A solid base of cooking skills is key, so we follow chefs around in their kitchens, pestering them with questions about their smartest techniques to share with you. Actually watching chefs cook helps illuminate recipes even more, so we shoot videos of chefs in action for our website and ipad issues. But when it comes to mastering your favorite foods, nothing comes close to actually watching chefs demo it right in front of you.

That’s why we’ve created the Men’s Health Cooking School. On Saturday, June 9th in New York, four of the city’s most acclaimed chefs will show you how to cook incredible versions of food you want to eat. It’s all to celebrate our annual Guy Food Guide issue, on newsstands this June.

Learn how to craft the ultimate pizza with Sullivan Street Bakery's Jim Lahey, make easy tapas with with Tertulia's chef Seamus Mullen, cook killer Thai food with Kin Shop's Harold Dieterle and roast the perfect chicken with ABC Kitchen's Dan Kluger. And yes, tickets include a party that evening packed with drinks and food from the chefs, plus a special gift bag. FYI: Classes are at the International Culinary Center in Soho, where the demo kitchen only holds about 60 seats, so order your tickets early to make sure you get your pick.

Sharpen your knives, gentlemen.
